About the October CaddisKris' rendition of the October Caddis incorporates MFC Fish Dope and CDC in the abdomen which gives this fly a good pulsation in the water. The amount of elk hair, trimmed at the front to a bullet head, makes this dry fly skate the surface of the water nicely. You should have a box devoted entirely to this fly in various sizes and colors.

- Abdomen: Fish Dope - Golddigger, Rust Brown and Tan CDC
