About the Bubble Back CDC PMD Emerger
In July, Pale Morning Duns are present which is one mayfly that will turn heads. PMD's are great to use on cool, cloudy days emerging up to the surface. That is why this week we choose the Bubble Back CDC PMD emerger. When the pressure rises, the PMD's will come out in the mornings, evenings, and throughout the afternoon.

PMD spinner falls are also very important. Typically occuring in the evening, it is always a good idea to have a few rusty spinners with those emergening BB CDC PMD's as well as some standard PMD dries. It's a great time of year when the PMD's hatch and all you need to do is stop by the shop for some flies and head out to the river.
